When you arrive at the venue proceed to Level 17 to check into the Registration Desk and collect your delegate pass.

Registration opens: Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st November from 8:00 am

Sessions commence promptly at 8:45am.

Please ensure you check into the Registration Desk on level 17 to collect your delegate pass and program and have your receipt easily accessible in case we require proof of registration.

If you are yet to pay for your registration you must do so upon arrival at the Registration Desk.
Please note only card payments will be accepted at this time.

Social Functions
Tickets to any social functions that you have already registered for will be provided to you in the back pocket of your delegate tag. If you would like to purchase a ticket to any of these functions please visit the Registration Desk.

Sessions and Catering Breaks
Sessions and Catering Breaks will be taking place on the following levels:

Plenary Sessions: Level 17
Breakout Sessions: Level 2 and 17
Catering Breaks: Level 2

Cloak room
There is a cloak cupboard available on Level 17 however please bear in mind this will not be locked during the conference.

Venue Parking
There is parking available at the RACV City Club which is open to both members and non-members. Pricing is available to view here.
