Overview

The Safer Families Centre is holding a series of topic focused conversations in 2019.

These conversations are an opportunity to call together practitioners, policy makers, survivors, and researchers to reflect, dissect and agree on the language we use to transform the response to domestic and family violence in particular settings and target groups to enable an integrated and unified voice and approach.

Format, Aim and Audience

These conversations are task focused meetings (in person or via Zoom) with invited input from various policy and practice stakeholders. The aim of these conversations is to develop key messages in early intervention for family violence and explore projects and grants for working with different aspects of family violence.

These meetings are appropriate for those wanting to engage in knowledge exchange and help guide policy and program directions.
